Initially the minimum amount you can withdraw is 2$. Then after each withdrawal it increases by 1$ until it reaches 10$. Then it will always be 10$. If you dont have the minimum amount the "your payment" button above will be gray.
Whenever you have the minimum amount. Depending on your account type you cannot make a withdrawal until 7 days (5 for golden) have passed from your previous withdrawal.
